A leading scientific and technical organization in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area is seeking a competent, talented, and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Director of Sales & Marketing on a contract basis, initially for 02 years, renewable based on the performance of the individual and the requirements of the organization. 

Eligibility Criteria of HR 1384 Jobs: 

The organization is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing for two years. MBA in Marketing along with an engineering degree from a reputable foreign or HEC-recognized university. Minimum experience of 10 years in a senior management position in a relevant field, preferably in multinational companies / hi-tech companies. Demonstrated experience as head of sales & marketing. Ability to develop, manage and implement the marketing strategy and plans for the company. Stimulate the organization through knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts. Experience with contract negotiations and execution skills.
