Ministry of Interior (abbreviated as MoI) is a cabinet-level ministry of the Government of Pakistan charged with and primarily responsible for the implementation of internal policies, state security, management of internal affairs involving the state and assisting the government on territorial matters of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata), and Island Territories of Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA).

The Ministry is headed by the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of the Interior. The Secretary of the Interior is a rank 22 civil servant while the Secretary of the Interior is a senior member of the Federal Cabinet. The ministry is located in Islamabad.

The minister must be a Member of Parliament. During the military regimes of Generals Ayub Khan and Yahya Khan, from 1962 to 1971, the Minister of the Interior was referred to as the Minister of the Interior.
